Saravanan s asks : I'm getting 69 ques correct in Pub Ad and 68 in GS. But after deducting neg marks I will get only 130 marks in Pub Ad and 40 marks in GS (tot 130+40 =170) and I belong to OBC. What about my chances ?

there is not much diff. in gen cat and obc cat regading cut off in upsc. cut off in pub ad may be over 60 correct questions. u have a fair score in gs. but overall i think u may not qualify the exam.
